G’day, …
Hele and I are just about to leave for a six week tour of NSW after spending the last few months enjoying a bit of home life.
While I have been at home I have been working on a new compilation CD in the studio at Gympie which I hope to have ready in January for the Tamworth Country Music Festival. I am pleased and excited to say that Peter Horan and I will be doing one show only together at the Tamworth Town Hall on January 23rd at 2 p.m.
Tickets for this special show will go on sale on the internet on the 1st November at www.tamworth.nsw.gov.au/ticketsales or you can telephone 02 6755 4300 for credit card bookings.
As well we will be doing three other venues in the New England region, and also the Newcastle Civic Theatre in January. Pete just spent a week with us and we filmed a TV commercial for the concerts, got a bit of musical practice in, and enjoyed some nice food and wine together.
If all this goes well, Pete may join me for the Central West venues as well. We are both very excited about working together and it should be a magic show. Also, Peter and I will be touring through Queensland together next June/July.
Sorry WA but October this year has now become September next year. We will do our best to make it happen.
